The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT. The maximum daily withdrawal limit varies by VIP level.

• Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• If there is an active bonus on your account at the time of withdrawal, the wagering requirements must be completed first.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings earned from bonuses after wagering requirements have been met may be withdrawn.
• If any suspicious transaction is detected, Jetabat may temporarily place a hold on withdrawals.
• Depositing via third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited.

• In the event of a dispute arising from network latency during live betting, the decision will be based on server logs.
• Any involvement in match-fixing or fraud of any kind will result in permanent account closure.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting software bugs or errors will be considered void.

In any of the following circumstances, Jetabat reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following cases:

• If registration is completed using false or misleading information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• If you engage in bonus abuse or any fraudulent activity.
• If evidence of money laundering or suspicious transactions is found.
• If an attempt is made to hack or breach the platform's systems.
• If evidence of underage use is found.

Users may also request to close their account at any time. In such cases, any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded, provided there are no pending wagering requirements or ongoing investigations.
